Account & Identity Verification
Your account must include accurate identification and business information. Providers are required to complete KYC verification. Impersonation or false data may result in account suspension.
Service Acceptance & Fulfillment
Only accept bookings you are confident in fulfilling. Prompt communication, punctuality, and delivering quality work are non-negotiable. Repeated late arrivals, no-shows, or low-quality work can lead to deactivation.

To maintain trust and prevent off-platform dealings, all chat messages are monitored for security purposes. Repeated violations (e.g., sharing phone numbers, payment details) can trigger account review.

Why We Monitor Messages
The purpose of MMS AI is to:
- Prevent off-platform transactions that bypass the system and compromise provider protection.
- Detect the sharing of personal contact information (phone numbers, bank details, social media handles, etc.).
- Protect customers and providers from abuse, harassment, and unprofessional behavior.
- Ensure all communication stays within the boundaries of our community and conduct standards.
What the System Detects
MMS AI automatically detects and flags content that may include:
- Phone numbers, email addresses, or requests to "chat outside the app."
- Offensive or inappropriate language.
- Payment instructions that attempt to avoid platform fees.
- Spam, solicitation, or harassment.
What Happens If You're Flagged
If MMS AI flags your message, the following may happen:
- The flagged message is reviewed by our trust & safety team.
- If the message violates policy, your current booking may be automatically withdrawn without payment.
- You will receive a formal warning and temporary suspension from the platform.
- Repeat violations will result in a permanent ban from Fidemaint.
Transparency and Resolution
We understand that genuine mistakes can happen. If you believe your message was flagged incorrectly, you can contact our support team through the app for a review and clarification. We’re here to support your success, not to punish honest mistakes — but we must enforce policies that protect the entire community.
Always keep communication professional, platform-centered, and respectful. Fidemaint provides all the tools you need to communicate, receive payments, and deliver quality service — safely and efficiently.
Refund Policy
Refunds protect customer satisfaction — but they also protect the platform's reputation, which benefits all providers.
If a customer raises a dispute and you cannot provide photo or video proof of work completed, a refund will be issued from your general Fidemaint wallet (not withdrawable balance). Always capture visual evidence of completed jobs before leaving the site.
Excessive refunds due to poor quality or missing proof may result in rank reduction or temporary suspension. Your ratings and earnings depend on proactive communication and documented work.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies happen. However, frequent cancellations disrupt user experience.
Valid Cancellations: You may cancel a booking if a customer is unreachable, the job location is unsafe, or the task exceeds the agreed scope. In such cases, provide screenshots and a brief explanation within the app.
Frequent Cancellations: If your cancellation rate exceeds 10%, your visibility and earnings potential may be reduced.
Tip: Use the in-app calendar to mark your availability in advance.
Privacy Policy
Your personal and business data is secured using industry-standard encryption. Only verified admins and systems have access to sensitive info, and we never sell your data.
You can request updates to your information or deletion of your account by contacting support. Your work history and payment records are retained for financial accountability.
Community & Conduct
We are a professional services marketplace. You are expected to:
- Respect customer homes, property, and privacy.
- Refrain from asking for tips, personal favors, or private payments.
- Dress professionally and communicate respectfully at all times.
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate tools for the job.
Violations may result in temporary suspensions, retraining requirements, or permanent removal from the platform.
